§ 31.02. COPAYMENT REQUIRED BY PRISONERS IN COUNTY JAIL IN ADVANCE OF MEDICAL TREATMENT.

The County Jailer is ordered to collect copayments from all prisoners in advance of their medical treatment. Furthermore, if the prisoner is indigent, the County Jailer is ordered to seek a reimbursement order from the sentencing judge. Lastly, the County Jailer is ordered to turn over all copayments to the County Fiscal Court. The copyaments are as follows:
