§ 31.04. REIMBURSEMENT FOR OUTSIDE MEDICAL EXPENSES.

Pursuant to KRS Chapter 441, the County Jailer is ordered to collect reimbursement for all outside medical expenses assessed to and paid on behalf of persons lodged at the County Detention Center. Medical expenses shall include treatment costs, prescription costs, transportation costs and any other costs billed by a medical provider for services rendered to an inmate. Furthermore, the County Jailer is ordered to turn over all monies collected to the County Treasurer.
